Does he realize that all correspondence, in or out, gets read prior to delivery? Mind you, that might not apply to lawyers’ letters as they may be protected by attorney-client privilege.
David: Danielle was well aware the letter might have been read by prison officials, but she wasn’t concerned by this. She also sent a copy of the letter to the DA’s office. Her real objective was to get the letter to Taglia to let him know some serious karma was on the way.
