Happy Friday, everybody. What a week it has been. I decided to take the first week of the year as vacation, and I have been sick the whole time. I woke up January 1st and was very dizzy. (No, I wasn’t partying the night before. Haven’t done that in years.) What a great time to get a bad sinus infection.   The doctor has me taking antibiotics, and I seem to be getting better.

Anyway, Ron Bender, of Magical Misfits fame invited me to take part in a crossover comic venture. I jumped at the opportunity. Who wouldn’t want to work with Ron and his friend Hogan. Danielle is now embroiled in Cowboys and Crossovers for a tale about inter-dimensional thieves intent on stealing her knife. The whole thing kicks off next Friday the 15th, right here at Danielle Dark. Be sure to check out Cowboys and Crossovers and Shelterville Shuffle for more of the story.

Meanwhile at Warlocks Coffee Shop, Danielle meets the Witches Council representatives. On a side note, Uncle Turk and his wife Aunt Maude are the names of my wife’s great, great uncle and aunt. She has no photos of them. so I doubt they bore any resemblance to my characters, but the names were too good to pass up. Turk’s real name was Grover Cleveland Miller. He had a brother with the nickname of Monk. What great names.

I hope you enjoy this adventure as much as I am. Have a great weekend, and thanks for reading Danielle Dark.

“Now put those away we need to talk,” LMAO he is not swayed by your ample bossom Danielle. (Obviously it’s been used a time or two on them before?)

  2. Hogan says:

Uncle Turk has already earned some major Brownie Points in my book… and that with his first appearence! :D
Facing Down danielle AND her “Major Batteries”… that should not be possible for a mortal man, but Turk manages it with ease AND brings her in line :p
