Happy Friday, everybody.

I took this week off as vacation, but I almost wish I hadn’t.  I have inner ear problems and spent all day Monday and most of Tuesday so dizzy I couldn’t do much but lay around.

Wednesday started out good, but our 21 year-old cat got spooked on my lap and bit me pretty bad on my right hand. My drawing hand. Shortly after noon, I was in a doctor’s office had had some potent antibiotics prescribed. My hand is very swollen, and hurts like a son of a gun. If the swelling doesn’t go down by Monday, they may have to lance it to drain the fluid. That sounds lovely. Not.

Anyway, between ice packs  I was able to finish this week’s comic. Now I am going to repack my hand with ice.
