Happy Friday, everybody. It has been a heck of a day, but it ended well. I’ve been having computer problems at work, and the IT department was unable to find the problem. As a last resort, I reformatted the hard drive and started from scratch. Apple tech support was great. They talked me through the entire restoration process to reload all the essential files without reloading the problematic ones. Now everything works great. Thanks, Apple. You guys rock.
