Happy Friday, everybody.

Meet Teddy. This tiny little guy is the reason there isn’t a Danielle Dark update this week. Teddy was abandoned by his mother, and was in pretty bad shape when Kathy and I rescued him. He was dirty, hungry and dehydrated. He has been high maintenance because we have to mix kitten formula and feed him on a regular schedule. He has his first veterinarian appointment next week

I’m happy to say, that after two weeks, Teddy appears to be a healthy kitten. He is now litter box trained and is eating wet food mixed with formula. He is active, and loves to play with our one-year-old cat, Callie.

It is apparent the fabled cat distribution system is, indeed, very real.  Kathy and I lost our cat, Lucky, just over a month ago. While Lucky left a painful void in our lives, Teddy is already purred his way into our hearts. He is already proving to be a very affectionate cat.
