Amy is taking Danielle’s instructions seriously. That’s a Sig Sauer 1911 .45 caliber handgun, and Amy has loaded it with jacketed hollow point ammunition. There’s an old saying that is along the lines of, “A .38 Special hits you and goes through you. A .45 hits you, and takes you with it.” There may be better handguns out there, but a 1911 can get the job done.
