Happy Friday, everybody. Well, Danielle Dark was nominated for two awards in this year’s Drunk Duck Awards, and she was up against some tough competition.  Alas, my favorite vampire didn’t bring home either trophy. Demon Eater won the Best Horror Comic award, and Used Books took the prize for Best Mystery/Crime Noir comic. It would have been nice to win either award, but the winners were well chosen. Congratulations to both of them!

I’m posting another filler this week, but it should be the last for a while. My work with the area theater group is finished. The set art and the promotional pieces are at the printer, along with the program. It was a lot of fun, but I’m glad I can get back to my regular schedule.

This filler is a cleaned up sketch for an upcoming panel in this story arc. Danielle is kicking ass, doesn’t give a damn about taking names. She’s a lot of fun to draw when she’s in this kind of mood.
