Happy Friday, everybody.

Lizzy continues telling Danielle what she thinks is going to happen. Is this just a case of an over imaginative little girl?

Have a great weekend, and thanks for reading Danielle Dark.

  1. Curtis says:

I think not. I believe the gun principle of play writing applies here.
It goes something like: If you display a gun during the first act,
it should go off by the end of the second act.

  2. Aehoyn says:

    I agree, Curtis.

  3. MK_Wizard says:

Kids are more perceptive than we realize. So much so that Lizzie here knows Danielle is a vampire, but she also clearly understands that this doesn’t make her evil or a danger to them.

  4. rws says:

Danielle knows the child is a seer. Danielle isn’t stupid, she will hopefully take this seriously, and prepare. To be honest, I’d hide her somewhere safe.

  5. jayb says:

Curtis and Aehoyn: I think we all know where this will end. It’s what will happen along the way that worries Danielle.

MK_Wizard: Lizzy is correct in her belief that Danielle isn’t evil. What the little girl doesn’t understand is, like anyone trapped in circumstances not of their making, Danielle can lose control.

rws: Keeping Lizzy safe is why Danielle is there. Danielle may well have too much confidence in her ability to protect the little girl.

  6. Aehoyn says:

Jay: Yeah, but it’s the fact that she seems to be blowing off Lizzy that worries me especially. That’s not going to end well and if she’s lucky, Lizzy will just have to say ‘I told you so!’ to everyone.
